Is it a healing thing? How do you use Intuitive Painting?

After she died I needed this work. I couldn’t hold her and I couldn’t hold my grief so I painted and mourned and painted some more.

After he left me I needed this work, again. I couldn’t hold him and I couldn’t hold my anger so I painted and raged and painted even more.

Now...

I do this work to heal the little girl, the tween, the teen, the grieving mama, the brittle bitch. I do this work to connect with the Divinity within and serve my community. I finally realized how I could bring this transformational process to my community.

When we come together, we drop into meditation, journal, and engage in deeper conversations. From this space of connection we approach our work with a sense of self and a spirit of adventure for the journey.

We rise up together to meet our Divine Selves pouring out in bright, sparkling color––Reclaiming as we begin to remember.

In our sacred container we are free to create with abandon in a judgement-free zone. We chase energy around with a brush and color. We let expression show up however it moves us.
