I get it, I’ve been there too…

I know that you’re struggling. 

Everything feels like it’s too much… you’re overwhelmed which keeps you from moving forward towards relief. In fact, you’ve been overwhelmed for so long that you’re burnt...crispy…brittle. You’re feeling like sh*t way too often. The idea of self care or self love practices sounds like “one more friggen thing to do'' or kinda corny.

Living in fear, shame or self limiting beliefs has a way of building on itself to the point where you don’t even know how to get out of the cycle of get up, go to work, come home, feel like crap, go to bed. Repeat.

When I tell you I’ve been there, I mean it.

I am also here to tell you that I found my way out of that downward spiral and found a way to make some simple and free tools a part of my daily life. I’ve made self love practices that are sustainable and feel normal and not at all corny. Our potential as human beings is almost unknowable. There is more to life and I’m here to help you find your path.

 

THE REMEDY

This work isn’t a bandaid for deep wounds, it is a chance to overcome old mental loops so that you are free to heal fear, shame and self limiting beliefs so that you can learn to build loving authentic relationships and live a freer, more engaged life. 

In The Remedy Private Practice you will move from 

Surviving to Thriving

The program is a 4 month long loving container.  Where you and I will meet virtually via video conference in a space designed for human potential to thrive. There will be 2 sessions per month. Each session is 90 minutes long and recorded for your private use. You also have one voice message support session to be used whenever you need it. With your input, I will create a journal and a meditation just for you focused on your goals.

Why The Remedy?

It’s almost impossible to be productive when you're in survival mode.

It can be a useful skill to focus only on the breath as a key to becoming present, but if you had to focus on your breath constantly you wouldn’t have space in your being to do anything else.

Human beings are walking miracles, filled with amazing potential. You deserve to meet yours.
